• What does ‘fully transferable’ membership mean?

  This means that anyone you choose can enjoy the Premier Club experience, you don’t even have to host an event simply pass on your tickets to whoever you choose; Clients, staff, family and friends. Anyone who holds the Premier Club pass will be looked after as if you yourself were there.

• What is meant by ‘tradable membership’?

  Membership’s can be bought and sold at current market value, meaning that if you ever wished to sell your membership (i.e. Business relocation etc) your joining fee is not a sunk cost.

• How will my guest and I gain entry to the Premier Club?

  Entry to the Premier Club is through the VIP entrance; once there hospitality staff will greet you and check your passes or tickets for the relevant event. From the atrium you can go and seek comfort in the exclusive Premier Club lounge areas or simply go straight to the action viewed from your very own premium reserved seat.

• What provisions will be made for parking?

  You will receive one permanently allocated executive car park pass for every four seats (two seats for Platinum Members).  If you prefer to come by taxi, there will be a drop off point close to the VIP entrance.

• Is the Premier Club limited just to Businesses?

  No, although the majority of Club Members are linked to Business, around 15% of members are private individuals looking to enjoy a premium sporting experience with their family and friends.

• Can I bring extra guests into the Premier Club?

  Yes, as a member you are able to purchase additional tickets to matches.  Premier Club is a members only club, we do not allow match by match purchases from non-members.

• How do I pay for the Premier Club?

  Payment of the joining fee can be paid either by cheque or by Debit/Credit Card. Monthly subscriptions are by direct debit.

• How do I book a table at the restaurant?

  Reserving a table within the exclusive Premier Club restaurant couldn’t be easier. Either call member services or better still, reservations can be taken online at the Premier Club member’s area.

• Are children allowed in the Premier Club?

  Persons under the age of 18 are welcome if accompanied by a member.

• Is VAT payable?

  Yes, VAT will always be chargeable on the full amount of fees at the applicable rate.

• What is the dress code for the Premier Club?

  Smart casual dress code, smart jeans are permitted.No trainers, combat trousers or replica football shirts or tracksuits will be allowed.

• What happens if I have already bought a Season Ticket?

  Your season ticket price will simply be credited towards your joining fee. Simply contact the Premier Club team on 0844 873 6544 to discuss your options.
