    We have a dedicated professional team of matchday hosts who are on hand to ensure that our members have a great matchday experience.


    We are proud of our excellent customer service and the time we spend talking and meeting our members each matchday.


    Our current 2009/10 team has an in depth range of knowledge of the Ricoh Arena and the Coventry City Football Club. This knowledge allows us to offer a superior service and experience to our members who can enjoy everything Ricoh has to offer.

  • Trudi Colledge

    Premier Club Manager

    Trudi joined the Premier Club team in January 2005 and has over 20 years of customer service and account management experience. Trudi is dedicated to exceeding the expectations of the Premier Club members and their guests. With over 400 companies on board, Trudi prides herself on the relationships that she has built over the last 5 years and will always go the extra mile to ensure that members and their guests have an exceptional matchday experience. Her extensive knowledge of Premier Club and CCFC helps Trudi to always look for new ways to add value and help companies make the most of their membership.     Membership Service Administrator

    Nicola joined the Premier Club in July 2008 and has recently returned from maternity leave following the birth of her first child. Nicola brings vast customer service and sales experience from her previous roles at Aston Martin and Personal Touch Homes. She prides herself on building a great rapport with the members and providing the best experience possible for all of our members and their guests.
